Gionee Elife E8 Makes Its Official Debut

Along with the Marathon M5, Gionee also launched its new flagship smartphone called the Gionee Elife E8.

Most of what the rumor mill churned out prior to Gionee’s big reveal were right on the money, which include a 6-inch Quad-HD Super AMOLED display, a respectable engine setup which consists of a 2.0GHz octa-core processor with 3GB of RAM and an ample 64GB internal storage, as well as a sizeable 3,520mAh battery pack.

The rumormongers also predicted that the Elife E8 isn’t going to be a pushover in the imaging department thanks to its 23.7-megapixel rear camera that, with the help of some software sorcery, can spit out pictures with 120-megapixel resolution.

That’s not the end of it either as Gionee was keen to point that the rear shooter is equipped with optical image stabilization and phase detection autofocus system, allowing it lock in on a subject in under one second. The Elife E8’s rear camera also offers up to three times lossless zoom, and can shoot 4K videos.

Compare the parts to how much would it be,, where is it manufactured,, price for each component,,design, etc., you will be amazed that it is absolutely business,, if you buy, you agree with it, you have plenty of money, you dont care about the true side when it comes to cost,, why is it that the clothes you are wearing having the same appearance , the other is slightly better and comfortable,, but the price is not slightly higher,, but twice, or even 3 times,,why,?? Now, how about a phone, say P5000 for each unit for all the effort and money used to create the product, but,, must have say 100th units to even the total cost,, now, its a big company, they got the NAME, then the price of each unit is 30000,,, then, you got to think about it,, will that phone last for 3 years,,? Maybe yes but its price because of technology advancement maybe at 3digits,,think again

    • Avatar for asd asd says:

Yes. Companies make different phones with different price brackets, buy what fits your price range. Pero kasi sa comment mo parang sinasabi mo (I assumed) na mag adjust ang company at babaan ang SRP nila dahil mga “well known” smartphone companies lang ang dapat mag labas ng high priced and high spec models? Di ata tama yun?
