How I wish to have read the comments before buying a Kata. Its true. Their after sales support sucks and so as their phones.

Venus 3 is good and looks like Xperia U. I think nometz just voided his kata product and cried because the Kata can’t repair it for free. WEAK!

I tried their demo units during the launching of Venus 3 and I got impressed with its responsive screen and fast performance. It fits the budget I allocated for my gift to my daughter this Christmas.

I think it’s a case-to -case basis, I’ve purchased an i1 last year and it’s still in good condition.

There was a time my unit needed to be repaired and their customer service rapidly responded into it.

Stay away from Kata products, they have a horrible after sales support. I bought kata i1 from them but I was able to use it only 6 months after that I have returned my phone to their service center almost 6 times but same problem persist and they don’t want to replace my unit.
