Most of the current offerings in the dual SIM market are basic entry-level phones so Samsung is challenging that with a slightly full-featured handset — the Samsung B7722.

Samsung B7722
3.2 inches @ 240×400 pixels
up to 8GB via microSD
HSDPA 3.6 Mbps
WiFi 802.11 b/g
Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP
5MP camera w/ LED flash
Stereo FM Radio with RDS
FM recording
Li-Ion 1200 mAh
The B7722 runs 2 SIM cards on dual standby (active) and the only thing that’s missing is the GPS. The design looks like the Samsung Spica but only has the TouchWiz UI in it.
The indicated price is 420 euros which translate to about Php23,600.

ANG SUSHAL! Samsung rawks talaga.
only 240×400 pixels for a 3.2 inch screen? that’s pathetic!
If they had put in Android or WinMo to run the show, it would’ve been better. and battery is also not that good. Its a pretty thick phone @ 14.3mm
this phone should cost below 10k. otherwise, its not a good buy, with those kind of specs.

nice… i’ll buy this when i win in a lottery
Why wait to win a lottery, just buy it now
Too expensive for it’s specs since localized chinaphones already have those implemented except for them sporting lower resolution cameras and max memory

Actually it looks more like the Samsung Marvel…except it’s twice the price.
thanks for sharing :)
+1 for Cherry. Not that I have anything against Sasmung, but in the low end marketplace, their prices cannot compete with Chinaphones.

Errmm, a 5MP Camera and only up to 8GB of SD goodness?
Those are bloody bottlenecks, considering the hefty price of 23,600

ano naman kaya ang OS nito?
Sayang yung first dual-SIM phone ko na Samsung, it was really reliable. Problem was I accidentally left it in a cab. Hahay.
Nice! Nokia’s dual-sim offering pales in comparison to this one.
Wish Sony Ericsson would follow suit.
@emiraine: What budget?
@federico m. punzalan jr : WTF?!
@deuts: According to a Malaysian blog, just Java OS.
No android? :(
Well I assume they don’t target this one to business oriented customers since businessmen would prefer buying another unit for another sim. It won’t cost them too much.
I already tried Cherry Mobile‘s Eclipse (It’s already available) you’ll be amazed on how fast the touchscreen responds. Although running some apps bugs it a little down.

Php 23,600? SERIOUSLY! That’s a lot of fortune dude, for a non-adroid phone. Accdg to other reviews I’ve read it would really stress you out specially internet browsing. But thanks for the price info though at least I can already decide not push for it.
