Sony has been releasing a lot of Xperia phones lately; most of them are targeted at different people. Just now, Sony announces the Xperia E and the Xperia E Dual – another affordable entry for the market.
There will be two variants. The Xperia E will feature a single SIM while a dual SIM variant, the Xperia E dual, will also be available. The device will be available in black, white and pink.

The Xperia E packs a 3.5-inch 320 x 480 display, 4 GB internal memory (expandable through micro SD), a 3.15 megapixel camera and a 1 GHz processor.
One of the features that the Xperia E boasts is HD Voice, which is expected to give you clear call qualities and audio recordings. Above all of that, the phone will be running on Android 4.1 Jellybean.

We have no details on the pricing, yet it is believed that this will be very competitive with the rest of the affordable phones – not only with Android phones, but also with phones like the Nokia Lumia 620.
If you ever had a problem with Android running on quite low specs, Project Butter might give you a different impression with the Xperia E – though that remains yet to be seen.
