Dying Light 2 announced at E3 2018

Back in 2015, Techland released an open world FPS survival horror in the form of Dying Light. The game was well-received thanks to its parkour-style movement, co-op element, and dynamic day and night cycle. Now, at E3 2018, its sequel was announced aptly named Dying Light 2.

Dying Light 2 adds in more mechanics to its management elements as the goal of the game now is to revive the City for the remaining survivors. Player’s will be tasked with improving certain aspects of their City such as getting water supply for the survivors. That’s not all though, each decision the player makes will bear consequences. Check out the short gameplay video below.

The day and night cycle returns to the game with a few more surprises yet to be revealed. Dying Light 2 is set to arrive on the Xbox One, PS4, and PC with no official release date yet.
