The highly anticipated next installment and soft reboot of the God of War franchise is getting closer and closer to being released, and fans can now breathe easy, as we have a release date. God of War will arrive on April 20, 2018, as announced today by Sony Interactive Entertainment Singapore.
Fans who are anxious to get their hands on the game can now pre-order their physical copies over at DataBlitz.
DataBlitz is offering both the Standard and Collector’s editions. Customers who pre-order will receive a God of War journal notebook as a bonus, but the following items will only be included if you go for the Collector’s Edition:
- 9-inch Kratos & Atreus Statue
- 2-inch Huldra Brothers Carvings
- Cloth Map
- Drawstring Pendant
- Drawstring Bag
- Death’s Vow Armor Set
- Exile’s Guardian Shield
- Dark Horse Comic
The downpayment for the pre-order is Php500 for the Standard Ed, and Php2,000 for the Collector’s Ed. DataBlitz’s tentative release date is also April 20, 2018.
Full SRP for the game will be Php2,799 for Standard, and Php7,699 for Collector’s.
