Google Nexus 10 sample shot shows up on Picasa

A sample shot taken by the rumored Samsung-Google tablet has been uploaded on Picasa, showing additional specs and confirming the existence of the Nexus 10.

The photo uploaded shows the resolution of the image at 2560 x 1920 which calculates to 5 megapixels. Other details include the Android build version which is JVP12C and the name of the device which is Nexus 10.

We previously wrote that the Nexus 10 will be a “high-end” device that will sport a 10-inch display with a resolution of 2560 × 1600 according to analyst, Richard Shim. It is also speculated that it will carry an Exynos 5250 dual-core Cortex-A15 processor, similar to the recently announced $249 Samsung Chromebook.

Let’s hope that Google makes the Nexus 10 official during its Android event on October 29.
