Infinity Blade and Infinity Blade 2 have become widely successful that it earned the respect of gamers everywhere and solidified the iPad as a gaming device to reckon with. Epic Games is not resting on its laurels with their plan to release Infinity Blade Dungeons.
Infinity Blade Dungeons lets go of the closer point of view when it comes to battles in favor of a Diablo-style overhead view. Check out the gameplay footage below care and watch out for the hammer that puts Thor’s to shame.
Unlike the first two Infinity Blade games, Dungeons is not being developed by Chair. Instead, Epic hired a team of Gears of War veterans to do the job. So you can just imagine the quality of gameplay and graphics that will surely be taken advantage of by the new iPad.
So far no announcement has been made about the release date but it will be launched in the App Store within this year.
