NVidia Quadro FX 3700M 1GB was not designed for gaming
The vivid art direction arrives to the fore, as Kratos makes his way across the picturesque mountainsides to the city of Olympia, bludgeoning and battering the Army of Olympus creatures like undead soldiers, Centaurs, Harpies & Cyclops. A lot of thought has gone in each move. The attention to detail might be judged by the fact that each teeth of Kratos were separately modelled.
awwww… quadro fx? This card sucks on 3d rendering. quadro fx is not for gamers, it is for 2d applications only. You are better off with geforce 7xxx card. It is a nice lappie but i will not recommend it for hardcore gamers.
What template are you running on this site ? I really like it. Could you post where you got it from ?
Lenovo Laptop price is not high in Bangladesh. You can see latest market price from

Based on the specs over at DPReview, the extra “touch pad” is a Wacom digitizer and the monitor “displays 72% of the possible color gamut of the Adobe RGB color space whereas most normal laptop displays can only show 45%.” This basically means the W700 is geared for photographers, and maybe designers. It’s nowhere near as sexy as a MacBook, but the specs definitely make it attractive.
Don’t cll this a gaming laptop, because that is an outright lie. Quadro cards are not gaming cards, there are dozen of Nvidia and ATI cards that are better suited for gaming at a fraction of a Quadro price. Quadros are used for heavy duty graphics designs and other functions, it doesnt work well with videogames.
Internal specifications are the filler here. Well I don’t think it can compete against Alienware though.
It has a wbad ass specs. though the NVidia Quadro FX 3700M 1GB still worrwies me…
no thanks. I’d rather buy a desktop with a 22″ lcd or bigger. Besides, it will cost less
whewww!!!!
The laptop’s specs is killing me….
The nVidia Quadro FX GPU isn’t exactly a gaming card. Quadros are built for CAD and DCC applications.
I’m sure it also weighs a ton.
Meron pa tlga siyang malaking touch pad para sa games. Oh tara DOTA na lang?!
Abe, forgot to mention that huge draft thingy for drawing or something designers use.
well… i do love thinkpads. :) it does sound huge though, and so is the price.
interesting, it appears to have a full-sized numeric keypad (for gaming purposes, i guess). first laptop i’ve seen with that. also, is that a second larger touchpad?
Boot time: 5 seconds.
Battery Life: 6 seconds
:)
While the laptop design doesn’t look sleek. The quad core and the oversized memory specs is enough to make me drool. Too bad the price is a turn-off. Hahahaha.
Yuga/Abe, I hope you can post a review about the MSI Wind soon. :) I’d like to know how it fares against other UMPC since I’m planning to buy one in a month’s time.
BrianB, that’s a nice update. I can only remember BSD Int’l and Mega-exchange from that side. Will try to check it out mamaya :)
Kahilera ito nang globe at accent micro. Was just paying my Innove service at napadalaw ako. Meron pang ibang models, just don’t expect the popular ones to have the same pricing.
Hey folks, just a bit of community service.
GBC (not sure) at Megamall cyberzone has a special (almost) half price on selected cellphones. I just bought myself a Samsung E590 for less than 6k (regular price is around 11k I think). I think they are trying to seel all their unpopular inventory. The E590 is a well-designed and very compact phone:
