Asus Philippines has just announced the Eee PC 1025 Flare Series netbooks that sport the new Intel Atom Cedar Trail processors.
The Eee PC 1025 comes equipped with the exclusive ASUS Super Hybrid Engine II with Instant On technology, which enables 2-second resumption from sleep mode and up to twenty-one days of standby time. Full HD 1080p video playback on HDTVs comes by way of the HDMI output port and the Eee PC 1025 provides Blu-ray 2.0 support as well. Connectivity is a breeze too with the built-in USB 3.0, DLNA, and Wi-Fi Direct.

The Eee PC 1025 series also has WiFi-Direct and DLNA support which allows you to stream media files directly into a DLNA-compatible appliance (like an HDTV).
Asus also promises up to 12 hours of battery life on a single full charge.
The Flare Series comes in a variety of colors — Addict Pink, Mysterious Blue, and Plucky Purple.
No word as to the suggested retail price of these netbooks but we will update once we get them.
Note: USB 3.0 is only available on the Eee PC 1025CE.
Hmmm I wonder if this will be a good choice for mobility. I like the though, that it can support USB 3.0. Sana nga lang mura… XD
