Our latest rig at the PC Labs is housed in this uber-cool Cooler Master Storm Sniper case. With a retail price ranging from Php7,600 to Php8,500, this heavyweight is a good deal.

So, what’s this case is all about?
Model: SGC-6000-KKN1-GP
Color: Black
Material: Steel, ABS Plastic, Mesh bezel
Weight: 10.6kg or 23.4 lbs
5.25″ drive bays: 5 Exposed
3.5″ drive bays: 5 Hidden, 1 Exposed

And the cooling system:
Front: 200x30mm Blue LED Fan (500 – 1000rpm, 17 – 23 dBA)
Top: 200x30mm Blue LED Fan (500 – 1000rpm, 17 – 23 dBA)
Back: 120x25mm Standard Fan x 1 (1200rpm, 17 dBA)
Bottom: Optional 140mm Fan x 1 or 120mm Fan x 1 with Dust Filter
Side: Optional 200x30mm Fan

The blue LEd lights of the fan can be turned on/off with a switch on the front panel (the knob) while the knob itself controls the fan speeds. There are also 4 USB ports up front, including one firewire port, eSATA and audio ports.

This is by far the biggest PC casing we’ve used and the inside is very roomy. All that huge cooling fans and blue LED lights are cool when running all together.

wow
sa’n po ba ‘to mabibili?
if all those fans are running then compare it to a case w/ liquid-cooling system, which one would perform better? how about the electric bill?
thanks…
