Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga flips when it medidates

This 13.3-inch laptop that flips over to turn into a Windows 8 tablet is called The IdeaPad Yoga (no connection to YugaTech) and will sell for $1,199.

Lenovo promises a 3rd-generation Intel processor (Ivy Bridge) in a thin and light frame (17mm and 3.1lbs) for a 13.3-inch form factor.

Still a bit heavy for a tablet though. The laptop lid swivels around and flips back to settle in a tablet position.

No more details were provided about the device but if the IdeaPad U300 is the basis for this device, then expect an SSD or HDD storage, 4GB of RAM and the works.

Of course, we will all have to wait for Windows 8 to be officially released for this laptop-tablet to be as usable as it promises.
