ASUS has just announced the 31.5-inch PQ321 monitor, sporting an IGZO panel with Ultra HD resolution.
The ASUS PQ321 uses an LED-backlit True 4K Ultra HD display partnered with Indium Gallium Zinc Oxide (IGZO) panel technology. It has a 16:9 aspect ratio with support for 10-bit RGB ‘deep color’ for vibrant images with more natural transitions between hues.
The PQ321 also features a DisplayPort, dual-HDMI ports (US model), built-in 2W stereo speakers, and a 176-degree wide viewing angles on both vertical and horizontal planes. All of that in a body that is just 35mm thick – making the the PQ321 the thinnest 4K UHD monitor available today.
The ASUS PQ321 will make an appearance at the Computex 2013. No word yet on pricing but it will be available in the US in June.
