Launched back in December Lenovo's own line of ultrabook, the Lenovo U300s, is now in stores and selling for a Php55,990 price tag. It took a bit of time for the U300 to be released locally but it's finally here to offer us more options. The U300s is only available in 13.3" and not the smaller 11.6" like the one on the Zenbook and the Macbook Air. The IdeaPad U300s actually reminds me of the U260 was saw last year, only it's slimmer and lighter (that 12.5" ultraportable is 0.71" thin and weighs 3.04lbs). The ultrabook from Lenovo was first announced back in September 2011, pitting it against the likes of the Asus Zenbook and the Acer Aspire S3. The full keyboard is a signature Lenovo design and has been that way with most of the manufacturer's laptops since last year. The Lenovo U300 is certainly a looker and also has the hardware to show off. Lenovo is entering the “netbook†market with the IdeaPad S9 and S10.
