Dell Launches Series 5000 Venue 8 Pro & Venue 10 Pro

Dell has unveiled two new tablets under the Series 5000 lineup: the Dell Venue 8 Pro 5000 and the Dell Venue 10 Pro 5000.

Both of these slates ships with Windows 10 and are equipped with a USB Type C port. As for its internals, the tablets will run on an Intel Atom chip with 4GB of RAM which are housed inside a MIL-STD chassis.

The only difference between the two Series 5000 tablets is the screen. The Dell Venue 8 Pro 5000 will sport a 8-inch panel with option to have an HD (1280 x 800) or Full-HD (1920 x 1080) resolution. Meanwhile, the Dell Venue 10 Pro 5000 boasts a 10.1-inch screen that has a 1920 x 1200 resolution.

Dell’s new tablets are scheduled to hit the market on November with the smaller of the two starting at $299 and the bigger one retailing for $429 and up.
