So it’s official — the Google Nexus 7 tablet is formally introduced in partnership with Asus. And, it will come with the newly announced Android 4.1 Jellybean.

It’s the world’s first 7-inch tablet with a quad-core processor (Nvidia Tegra 3, 4-core CPU, 12-core GPU)and the screen is 720p (1280×800 pixels). It’s got WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, NFC, Bluetooth, GPS and front-facing camera. Runs up to 9 hours of HD movie playback on a single full charge.
Of course, it will run on Android 4.1 Jellybean with Google Chrome as the standard browser.
And the price —$199!!!
That’s $199 for the 8GB model and $249 for the 16GB.


I’m not buying this.. NO SD slot.. too high a price for too low a memory..
