Yesterday during the workshop, Intel showed us a netbook (an MSI Wind U160) running their new OS, Meego.

Here’s a short clip of the Meego-powered netbook:
The OS looks sleek and very snappy on the netbook. The UI seems intuitive and easy to use/navigate. I’m tempted to get a copy to install in one of my netbooks (hopefully, it will work wonders with my old Vaio P).
Expect Meego to come pre-installed in several netbooks from Acer, Asus, MSI and Lenovo in the future.

this new mobile OS reminds me of the linux used on asus eee pc 701.
this though has a very nice and sleek UI and quite snappy. i like it.
Nice Netbook.
Please give price with shipping cost.
parang Google Chrome OS yata
yeah! new Mobile OS >> that’s the way to go… tired of those Netbook Os’es that takes forever to boot
I will definitely get a copy of this one and will installed it on my upcoming lenovo s10-3t…niceeee!!!
Can this be downloaded for free? Any link? I am definitely one of those interested to try this one out. On the other hand, do we expect this to work on an AMD processor? Maybe asking too much here. =)
im thinking of getting this on my netbook matagal na but can’t get myself to download the 800mb image file of meego. hehehe.
