Samsung has just made official their new 7-inch lightweight Android slate, the dual-core-powered Galaxy Tab 3 Lite.
The Galaxy Tab 3 Lite features a 7-inch screen with 1024 x 600 resolution or equal to 170ppi, a 2 megapixel rear camera (no LED flash, no front-facing), 8GB of internal storage with microSD card support for up to 32GB, and a set of basic connectivity features like WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0, and GPS + GLONASS.
Powering the device is a dual-core CPU clocked at 1.2GHz, 1GB of RAM, Android 4.2 Jellybean, and a 3,600mAh battery. All of that are housed in a body that is 9.7mm thick and weighs in at 310g.
The Galaxy Tab 3 Lite comes in WiFi/3G and WiFi-only models, and will be available globally in Black and White colors. Pricing and local availability are yet to be announced.
LOLz the SoC is a joke, Vivante gpu is the shittiest graphics chip known to mankind.
They better price this below Php5k cuz the upcoming Tegra Note from HP is a much attractive buy

AFAIK, the GPU of Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 is Vivante and that’s one of the reason why it is affordable.
I hope that Samsung will not install that GPU in their tablets again..
