Sony Vaio Duo 11 is a Hybrid Windows 8 tablet

Based on the photos shown below, this 11-inch device (dubbed the Sony Vaio Duo 11) could be a hybrid Windows 8 tablet which Sony might unveil this week in IFA.

The tablet is a cross between an ultraportable and a Win8 tablet. It comes with a full keyboard that’s tucked beneath the touchscreen display and comes with a stylus.

We still don’t have any details yet but will soon find out once announcements in IFA starts to trickle in.

    Price

    Bottomline is always the price.

If the lowest confirmed Win 8 tablet is $300 then this better priced around that as well.

Still it looks good this might be th one my father will buy other than Surface. whichever is cheaper

well it depends if its an intel based device and not an ARM type then It will not be price around $300. But still hoping though that its cheaper than the Surface, being a sony fanboy and all i want to buy that :)

The windows 8/RT tablet is not announced to have a lowest price of $300. It was announced that windows RT tablet is less than $300 compared to Windows 8 device/tablet price.

If windows 8 tablet is $800, probably windows rt is $500.
