Sony Xperia Z1s’ Background Defocus app is now available for download on all Xperia Z series devices.
When Sony launched the T-Mobile-exclusive Xperia Z1s, it came along with a new camera app called Background Defocus which lets users blur the background of the subject after shooting. As expected it’s only a matter of time before the APK gets extracted and posted online for everyone to download.
Installation is easy and doesn’t need root. However, it is highly recommended that your device is already running on Android 4.3 Jellybean. Do note that the APK was not deployed officially by Sony so bugs can be experienced. We took it for a spin on the Xperia Z1 and so far everything works fine.

The slow and painful death of DSLRs has begun!
Death of the DSLR ka dyan…as if professional photographers will use smartphone cameras instead of a DSLR. A smartphone camera will never beat a DSLR because a smartphone camera is just a phone with a camera while a DSLR is a full fledged camera, that is intended to do one thing only, and that is to shoot pictures.
Haha I doubt with that
