I’m sure you realized what you are doing here. If not, let me spell it to you — SPAM. So, what’s this you’re spamming about?

Since it started last February, FarmOut Central InTouch Inc. currently has three clients from the US and is now working on an outsourcing deal with another client. From three seats, it now has 20 seats operating on two shifts.

I guess we have ourselves here a first in Philippine blogging, eh? But please, to spam your way to Philipine cyberspace is no way to make an entrace. I’ve already deleted over a dozen comments here so don’t bother adding more. (and your IP shows you’re from Bitstop so it’s clear now that this is an inside job.) To spam here on my blog and over at PTB is the worst thing you could have done. See, if people search for your company on the net, they’ll end up on this blog entry and realize you’re just one sucker of a spammer. How’s that for a PR?

How about making yourselves usefull and get a legit ad campign on AdWords or check out our low-cost ad placement at Pinoy.Tech.Blog.

ang pangit sa farmout.walang kwenta ang training dun noh…pagbabayarin ka lang then wala ring mapuntahan ang pinagbayad mo kasi wala ka ring job n babagsakan.

I had emails from two of the owners of Farmout and they apologized for the indicent.

Apparently, they did order their agents to search for sites and blogs which discuss Philippine call centers and leave a comment or two about their new company.

They did admit that the comments that were being posted on our blogs are already “spam comments” and have told their agents to stop doing this.

Funny thing, really. I got a similar comment the other day, and it was for an old blog post. It looked specific to my article as well, and I was wondering whether or not it qualified as spam.

It could be, I suppose, that some of the spammers are getting frustrated at their inability to get much of a response from the blogging community. That could be why they’re aggressively “attacking” certain blogs with bot-based comments, and why they’re posting single pieces of spam on others. The resulting complaints and desultory responses are technically a form of acknowledgement, after all.

They even tried to register at PinoyBlog to spread more spam evil. *dang*

They search for call center blogs in Google and manually cut & paste the same lame plugs for farmout.ph. I checked out the affiliate blogs like Bistop and BoxPH and left a message about the farmout.ph comment spams. Hope they’ll act on it.

I`m currently doing and enhancing a spam filter. Currently, it works very fine in BBlog (blog script) and filter out 100% of my regular spammers. I`m trying to expand it on wordpress script. Maybe I can release it before the end of this month and share it with you guys.

My very noble objective in doing this is “to make this spammers kiss their own ass”. bwahahaha….

Yes, around that time. I also foudn out they were spamming PTB as well but most of the comments were posted here.

guess what? just a while ago, i made a new post and decided to go blog hopping then i read this entry..as i went back to check on my dashboard i found two new comments, natuwa naman ako kasi kakapost ko lang may nagcomment na, hindi naman kasi sikat ang blog ko kaya natuwa ako..hehe.. pasensya na, anyways guess who’s it from? sino pa eh di yon mga “friends” natin from Farmout. hehe. :D
