Gasolina Ringtone

This is one of the more popular Latin-inspired song called “Gasolina” performed by Yankee Daddy (Barrio Fino). It’s a very upbeat song with fast tempo and would perfectly fit as a mobile ringtone.
There were some edits done on the original mp3 song but the result is a much better remix. To reduce the file size of the outoput mp3 file, I had to compress it again down to 11KHz, 32kbps and mono quality. That reduced the file size to 119KB from 300KB.

Ok, despite my search for an official mobile ringtone for Pinoy Ako (by Orange and Lemons), I just could not find one online. There’s one for mobile downloads by Globe by since my phone is under Smart network, that would not do either.
Anyway, armed with the latest mp3 download of Pinoy Ako, I decided to create my own ringing tone. And yes, I am sharing this along with other ringtones I made earlier.

Update: It’s still in mp3 format. Will find some ways to convert them to AMR or other phone formats.

Been looking around for the “Pinoy Ako!” ringtone by the recently popular band Orange and Lemons. I have the full mp3 uploaded into my Nokia 3230 phone but it’s a bit long to be used as a ringtone.
Maybe, I’ll just edit the mp3 one of these days and figure out a way to convert it to be ringtone-friendly.
