C Me: Smart 3G Mobile Video Community

Smart recently launched it’s new mobile video community service called C Me.

Video Call *8336 to join the community.

How do I use it?

1. Dial *8336 and select ‘Video Call’ to access Smart C ME video portal

2. On the menu select FIND A FRIEND

3. Follow the instructional video on how to create your ‘Profile’ and ‘Search Criteria’.

Speed Dating Rules:

1. Speed dating guarantees a minimum of four (4) users and maximum of six (6) users per session.

2. Speed dating session will be cancelled if:
a. Less than 4 users registered. A cancellation notice will be sent to users who registered for the session via text message 15 minutes before the session.
b. Less than 4 users are available or attend the session. System will notify users that session will be cancelled due to less than the minimum required available users.

3. All registered users for cancelled scheduled sessions will be notified via text message to rebook his session. In this case, the user should rebook within 7 days upon receipt of the text notification otherwise failure to rebook within the allowed period will mean forfeiture of the session registration fee.

4. If user wishes to change his booking prior to his scheduled session, he will only be allowed to rebook twice and only until 11:59PM of the day that he booked. 5. If user does not show up for a scheduled session for whatever reason, he will be allowed to rebook only once, and only until 11:59PM of the day of the original schedule. If user again fails to show up for a rebooked schedule, or if he fails to rebook within the allowed rebooking period, he will forfeit his session registration fee.
