hi, need help too. been sending many times to smart for my gprs/mms to be enabled. but still replies model not supported or something, then asked me to get a list from Smart. i have a Samsung sgh-e760, the list shows that on Samsung i will have to type in “SET sam(model)” ? but tried sending SET samE760, SET samSGH-E760. but still telling me to get the list from Smart. is there any way i could manually set my mms to active? need a detailed guide pls. thanks.

ITS A LOT OF CRAP! MAUUBOS LANG LOAD NYO.
THEY DONT GIVE US PROTECTION FROM SUCH.

SMART SUCKS! IVE FINALLY HAD IT!
THEY CHARGE YOU FOR GPRS EVEN IF YOU ONLY SENT MMS.
INSTEAD OF CHARGING 1 PESO PER MMS SENT
ACCORDING TO STUPID CUST SERVICE THEIR RECORD SAYS
I USED GPRS INTERNET. IMPOSIBLE BECAUSE I ALREADY DELETED MY GPRS INTERNET SETTING AND ONLY LEFT THE SMART MMS SETTING.
THEY STEAL PEOPLES MONEY JUST LIKE THAT.

damn u smart! here i am again.. 8s ok dt tym crap smart mms & gprs for after a long period of tym unlike globe that u cn use these features.. i sent an mms, the very last moment of sending “COMMUNICATION FAILED”.. here’s an annoying thieft-lyk smart culture.. 8 consumes your precious money imagin “P2.50″ or mayB mor than dt bcoz the blance inquiry this tym s also a crap one.. 8 delays almost 5mins to know your bal inquiry, 8 also wasting your gold.. youw smart! time is gold! have u notic that! ur wasting our time, money & effort w/our very very bad servc.. you guys!.. you must shift to globe as soon and as much as posible.. dnt waste your tym w/these features MMS&GPRS, 8 wl only rob your money.. just nsert a globe sim & send your MMS that’s the good idea for using your money n a ryt way.. ok?.. sayonara.. thnx 2 globe_shifter.. you’re ryt!..

nkaka bwisit!!! meron n akong mms at gprs configuration… tapos, hindi ako mk-connect sa wap site ng smart!!! nkkinis.. halos, 9 n beses n akong tmwag sa costumers service rep., pero lhat ng mga sinbi nla ngawa ko na.. tapos wait daw ng 24 to 72 hours, pero wla prn… pinapunta nila ako sa wireless center sa SM Marilao, tpos pina configure ko, sbi wait lang daw donw ung “SERVER” pero, dmaan n ung 1 week, hindi prn ako mk-connect!!! bwisit tlaga ung instructions!!! ang labo2!!! bawat GALAW KAILANGAN MONG BAYARAN CLa!!! isinet ko na po ang phone ko to 211 pero ala man lang response..

Ang maganda sa smart eh yung MMS mail nila. You can receive emails from your phone. And P1 lang ang MMS sending. Yun nga lang, ang kurakot! All in all, gagastos ka ng P10 para ma-set up yung GPRS at MMS mo. Yun eh kung hindi ka magkakamali ng pag set-up. Globe is much better. Free yung settings.

i already activated my gprs and mms. but when i download wallpapers through browsing to my smart gprs i dont recieve my downloads but they get my load.my phone is capable to those downloads of course. so people beware of that.

Nakakabwisit na to. I’ve been trying to activate my mms/gprs since wednesday hanggang ngayon i haven’t received any reply! Tinawagan ko na ung smart customer care 3 beses sabi nung huli hintayin daw ng 24 hours?! Ngek eh 72hours na since nung una kong trinay ah?
Trinay ko na ung bago tsaka lumang command:
SET MMS N7360
SET N7360
pero walang reply???
Kung lam ko lang ung access point ng mms at gprs at IP eh ako na magseset nun manually… Haaay…

These are the keywords i’ve used and it worked. try nyo rin.

SET GPRS —>send to 211

(wait for confirmation, from 333)

SET INTERNET —>send to211

(confirmation from 211 and 333)

Then you will receive three settings, save it all; some may require to enter your pins.

if you would look at your internet profiles, meron na 5 settings(i dont know how ot happened hehe)
1. Smart
2. Smart Internet
3. Smart MMS
4. Internet
5. Smart GPRS

im using a sony ericcsson k700i. i set the internet profile to SMART INTERNET . . . . . . tapos nagconnct na ako sa smart wapsite.

about dun sa MMS . . . . set ko sya sa settings ng picture message. yun nakaset na nga.

however I STILL CANT SEND AN MMS!

HELP!!!!!

It’s usually almost automatic. You may need to call “*888″ using your mobile phone for support/customer service though.
