I’m Joycen Catibog from Batangas City would like to ask u something about the Stagecrew’s song “Next in Line.” I had read ur article about them and been wondering if u know how i can ask permission to have their song be used on one of my flash document legally. It’s because I had joined an international contest using flash depicting the role of America. I had started my flash document but needs a song that will best fit the theme of my work thus I had chosen “Next in Line” by Stagecrew. Please kindly help me on this one. For verification of the contest that I had joined please see this site for scholars on the web “Citizens for Global Solutions Flash Movie Contest 2006.” Please reply as soon as possible whether it is possible for me to be permitted to use their song in a nonprofit way. The deadline of submission of my flash document was April 1,2006 but then we were given an extension until April 15,2006. If I was permitted to use their song for my flash it would be an honor for me and also a great way of showing America the greatness of Filipinos as artists. Thank you and God Bless.
