The Windows 7 Slate from Samsung is now up for pre-order over at Amazon with a starting price of $1,099. It’s half an inch thick with an 11.6″ display, weighs 2lbs and runs an Intel Core i5 processor.
Asus Philippines launched its second Android Honeycomb tablet last Friday, the Asus Eee PC Slider SL101. The suggested retail price — Php26,995. That, plus a couple new N-Series laptops.

Asus continues to churn out more iterations of its 12-inch Eee PC line with the 1201PN sporting an nVidia Ion 2 chip. This model has been spotted in local stores selling for about Php28,900.
