Relevance: 94%      Posted on: October 31, 2011

Had these two Brainwavz earphones sent to me about a month ago but after using them twice in the gym, I already misplaced the two and could not remember where I'd put them. Good design and performance on the budget - that's exactly what we're expecting with AWEI's ES-16HI - but does it deliver? Is it worth checking out for its sub Php500 price tag? Read on to find out! Design & Construction Upon receiving the ES-16HI, I already had prejudice - I'm going to love this. When I first saw this being sold in one of the stalls in the Mall, I could not believe they'd carry Beats by Dr. Dre along with 2nd hand phones and other China phones so I suspected it was a fake. But if you look at the packaging, you'd certainly tink this is the real thing until you found out how much they are selling it for -- Php400 ($10) as against the $189.95 (Php10,900 in Astroplus/Astrovision) on the Beats by Dr. Dre website. They even keep the details as close as possible -- the manuals, the warranty card and…
