Successors to the Flame and the Omega are already out, but it looks like CM has another sequel up its sleeve, and it’s for the Skyfire. A photo on their Facebook page teases a Skyfire 2.0 that is supposedly quad-core like the Fusion Fire, the Fusion Bolt and the Flame 2.0.
A month after launching the quad-core Fusion Bolt tablet, Cherry Mobile has just announced today their latest Jellybean smartphone with an HD display – the Omega HD.
When Cherry Mobile posted on their Facebook page a photo of the CM Fusion Bolt’s AnTuTu benchmark performance but we were a bit skeptical because of the timestamp. So, we did our own research and got an updated firmware, flashed it on the Fusion Bolt and tried to replicate the results.
Just this week, Cherry Mobile launched the Fusion Bolt, a 7-inch Android tablet with a quad-core processor. Although its specs seem to be common for tablets nowadays, its sub-Php4k pricetag is not.
So one of the more curious issues behind the recently launched Cherry Mobile Fusion Bolt is the type of chip (SoC) they used with it. We dug a bit deeper into that so we can easily explain to you the details in a more condensed manner.
So Cherry Mobile finally revealed that quad-core tablet which they’re been teasing us for a week now. It’s almost the same Ainol Venus but they called it the Cherry Mobile Fusion Bolt.

Now that we’ve personally seen and held the Asus Zenbook UX21, I can personally make a comparison between this one and the Macbook Air. And I have to admit it — it’s very hard not to compare the two because of the striking similarities.
