Ainol Novo 7 Aurora Review

Samsung outs Galaxy S WiFi 4.2

Samsung is not done yet with the Galaxy S WiFi 5.0 mini-tablet or media player so they’ve added an even smaller one — the Galaxy S WiFi 4.2 which, as you might have guessed it, measures 4.2 inches.

Samsung unveils 10.1-inch Galaxy Note

And while we thought the stylus is no longer in style with tablets, Samsung showed it can still do a good job with the 5.3″ Galaxy Note N7000. Now they’re doing a 10.1-inch version of the Galaxy Note announced at the Mobile World Congress.

Asus Transformer Prime vs. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7

With both tablets from Asus and Samsung being released to the public days apart and with a difference in the suggested retail price at only Php5, it’s hard not to compare the two. So, if you have a spare Php33,000 lying around, would you go for the Asus Transformer Prime or the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7?

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 vs. Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus

Now that Samsung’s premium tablet has been launched in the Philippines, I guess they’ve already completed their line-up. That’s 6 tablets in all — 5.0″ (Galaxy S WiFi), 5.3″ (Galaxy Note), 7.0″ (Galaxy Tab P6200), 7.7″ (Galaxy Tab P6800), 8.9″ (Galaxy Tab P7300) and a 10.1″ (Galaxy Tab P7500). That’s a lot of tablets just for a single brand, huh?

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus Review

Samsung very first tablet came out about 2 years ago. Since then, the Korean company has outed half a dozen other tablets with ranging sizes and form factors (from 5.0, 5.3 to 7.7, 8.9 & 10.1 inches). Smart has just revealed its very first Netphone Edition smartphone — retaining the original name of the Samsung Galaxy Y complete with the Netphone suite of apps. It’s a curious move considering they actually had the un-released and cheaper Netphone 501 hanging since Mobile World Congress back in February.
