New iPad 3 now selling in the Apple Online Store

The release of the new iPad 3 a bit delayed but it’s finally here. Globe Telecom did their own launch event last night to offer the WiFi+4G models and just this afternoon, the Apple Online Store also reflected the new iPad 3 as available.

Globe may offer new iPad 3 at 10k discount on May 29

Globe has sent out a release today that they will start offering the new iPad 3 + 4G starting May 29. This coincides with the official release of the new iPad in the Apple Online Store and local resellers.

RIM & Globe offers unlimited BBM for Php99 a month

During the product launch of BlackBerry handsets last week, the regional executive from RIM also announced an unlimited BBM plans for only Php99 a month. The details weren’t clear then but it looks like the unli-plan is now being offered by Globe.

Globe Tattoo Superstick now up to 7Mbps

Don’t exactly know when they rolled this out but just saw that Globe Telecom has upgraded their Tattoo Superstick and now offers up to 7Mbps on the WiFi device. They’re still offering the Globe MyFi but that’s just up to 3.6Mbps or 5Mbps depending on your postpaid plan.

ZTE MF60 HSPA+ Pocket WiFi Review

We featured this HSPA+ capable mobile hotspot from ZTE a few weeks ago and we’ve finally gotten a review unit to test. Like many other pocket WiFi (MiFi) devices before it, the ZTE MF60 is one pretty kick-ass unit. If only it were more affordable.
