This new revelation comes into light after a huge announcement from PLDT and Smart Communications chair Manny V. Pangilinan earlier today. Globe offers free Facebook access to subs

It started with Twitter, now Globe announced that they’ll also offer free access to the Zuckberg-owned social media account starting on October 31.
