Sources from a supply chain are claiming that the next iPhone (either 6S or 7) will be coming this year with new features like a dual-lens camera and 3D pressure sensor. What do they do? Find out after the break. It's pretty much safe to say that Apple is going to launch a new iPhone model this year since this has been the norm for smartphone manufacturers (even more for some). As for Apple, the new iPhone could have the following fresh functionalities: Dual lens camera - this will make it possible for the phone to use optical image stabilization…

In addition to our previous report regarding Apple’s decision to make the upcoming iPhone’s screen bigger, it seems that company is also planning to include a Bayonet mount on their next project which, presumably, will allow users to slot in different lenses to their iPhone. This news came after Apple was officially granted patent for a Bayonet Attachment Mechanism by the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) on Tuesday. According to the documents provided by Apple, the company has looked into other options that will allow an ‘accessory’ to be mounted on the handset. However, the Bayonet mount has…

This one's for all those mobile users who loves taking pictures of themselves using their camera phone -- a set of lenses fit for your phone camera. The set includes a wide angle lens, a telephoto lens and a macro for your mobile phone, iPhone included. The lens is mounted via magnet so if your phone's camera is already surrounded by a metallic casing, you're all set. If not, there's an included metal ring which you attach around the phone's camera using an adhesive. It looks ugly with the iPhone though (you need to permanently attach the metal ring around…

Not exactly every S100 just those with "The first and second digits of the camera's serial number are any number from 29 through 41”. For example: "29xxxxxxxxxx", "30xxxxxxxxxx" up to "41xxxxxxxxxx" --…

iPhone Elite: What the iPhone should have been?

Relevance: 73%      Posted on: December 30, 2008

This is what the original iPhone should looked like if Apple decided to include a slide-out qwerty keyboard instead of just purely touchscreen. Mat Brady added and Photoshoped the refinements then emailed Steve Jobs. What's added aside from the qwerty keyboard the slides horizontally from the side is a Carl Zeiss camera lens (3.2MP would do) placed somewhere near the center and has some optical zoom (2 or 3x I guess). Of course, this concept design would mean you get a much thicker iPhone and even pricier too. I think it's doable and people would still buy it. I don't…
