ECS G320: Cheapest Laptop ever?

Relevance: 100%      Posted on: July 23, 2005

Look at this ECS G320 laptop. Got this from PC Buyers guide last week. Could this be the cheapest locally distributed laptop ever? Runs on a VIA C3 (Nehemiah) 1GHz, 128MB DDR SODIMM, 14.1" XGA TFT LCD, built-in graphics with up to 64MB shared memory, 40GB HDD, built-in speakers, modem and LAN, 4 USB 2.0, 1 VGA out, 4-cell Li-Ion pack battery. SRP: Php29,995 Looks affordable enough, except you'd wish it comes with 256 MB ram and WiFi enabled. I wonder how the VIA C3 1GHz performs? One way in retaining accidental visitors to your blog via search engines is to direct them to what they're looking for. In SEO, they call it landing pages, right? Here's an example. If you search for "iPod prices in the Philippines", my blog is ranked #1 in Google and in Yahoo. However, that page which is ranked doesn't give any good info about the current prices of iPods in the Philippines. So, what I'll do is to write a new post giving exactly such information. I personally went to Mall of Asia and visited Apple Center to get the prices.…

Apple Music cheapest in India at $2, only $3 in Philippines

Relevance: 58%      Posted on: July 2, 2015

When Apple announced their own music streaming service, top contenders like Spotify found itself a strong competitor in Apple Music. However, Apple's $10-a-month subscription seemed to expensive for Asian countries like the Philippines where Spotify Premium is just Php129. Apple is dangling a better carrot by offering 3 months free membership. But after that, you will be charged automatically. The basic Spotify service is free though but with limited features and with ads inserted between playbacks. Now that the service is being rolled out in many countries, looks like subscription prices for Apple Music are significantly different. In poorer countries,…
