For the longest time, The has been regarded by everyone as the number 1 Philippine website, previously boasting some 44 million pageviews a month (recent figures pegs it at 28M). Relevance: 73%      Posted on: August 10, 2006

Just finished a meeting with the people at K2 Interactive this afternoon and they consulted with me a plan to organize an ad network for Filipino blogs. K2 is a communications agency based in Ortigas and a top notch solutions provider with clients like Ayala, Glaxo-Smith Kline, SM Prime Holdings, HSBC, Jollibee, MTV Philippines, Mead Johnson and Unilever. I believe they are in the best position to represent the the top Filipino blogs in the market since they already have the connections and the experience in traditional media advertising. When I started out Pinoy Top Blogs a year ago, one…

Payment Solutions for the Online Pinoy

Relevance: 69%      Posted on: November 12, 2005

From my latest post at PTB -- Revisiting Philippine Online Payment Services, most of which I haven't heard of nor tried. Is Philippine e-commerce still suffering from quashiorkor? I hope m-commerce takes the big leap with Globe's G-Cash leading the pack. Also, Meralco's e-Bill is the kind of service local cooporations should be providing for its consumer/subscribers. It's not much now, but at least it's there for those who might need it -- like me. Google+ Games is coming, you playing?

Relevance: 66%      Posted on: August 12, 2011

Google is set to roll out the inevitable -- Google+ Games. The added feature on Google+ is still on limited access only so a few users have it activated in their accounts. Expect to see Angry Birds, Bejeweled and the likes to be there once it becomes available for Philippine users. You should see this once it's activated in your account: Will social games make people use Google+ more and give them reason to stay longer? If it did the wonders for Facebook many years ago, it might do the same for Google+ as well.

Relevance: 63%      Posted on: December 27, 2005

Connie & I have been contemplating on something like a blog awards over at PinoyBlog for months now but we don't want anymore of those popularity contests. It's not too late yet though but I'd like to throw out some questions and suggestions on how to go about it. Who are the bloggers or blog that influenced you the most? Which Filipino personalities/bloggers heavily contributed to the Philippine blogosphere? Which bloggers or blogs…
