As speculated last May, Nokia announced a cheaper version of their popular Nokia 5800XM this week — the Nokia 5530 XpressMusic is now much cheaper by shedding off some key features.
Nokia today announced a trio of XpressMusic phones — the Nokia 5730, 5330 and the 5030 XpressMusic, the first two being offered as Comes With Music compatible devices. That means 12 to 18 months of unlimited free music downloads.
I ran the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic to a lot of stress test to dig beyond the touchscreen hype and found some surprisingly great features as well as shortcomings. Let me share with you why I thought the Nokia 5800 falls short of expectations but will remain on top of a lot of people’s must-buy list.
