Energizer XPal XP18000 Power Pack

When I bought that Energizer portable powerpack for my phone a couple of months back, I think I saw a much bigger one that’s meant for laptops. Then last week, a rep from Energizer Philippines contacted me asking if I want to try one.

This Friday, Intel will be launching their newest mobile CPU in the Philippines — the Centrino 2. However, the Intel Atom usually takes center stage nowadays because of the heavy proliferation of cheap netbooks. Could the Atom be more of a headache rather than a blessing to Intel’s bottomline?

Poll: Which UMPC you’ll likely buy?

At least half a dozen ultraportable laptops are now available for sale in the Philippines. As supply increases demand will likely go down. Asus is no longer the only player in the UMPC niche but it has successfully manage to grab the most exposure — all the rest becomes just another “Asus EeePC-killer”.

Mini Dell Inspiron to match HP 2133?

According to Gizmodo, Michael Dell is secretly lugging what could be an Asus Eee PC 900 or HP Mini-Notebook 2133 competitor. It looks like an 10″ Dell Inspiron mini-laptop to me.
