Asus Zenbook UX31 Review

The first time I personally saw the Asus Zenbook, I knew it would be my next laptop (the last two I bought were all Macbook Airs). And while ultrabooks are still in their infancy stage, they’ve already sparked interest and awe to the point of being an aspirational device. I’ve been using the Zenbook UX31 for a couple of weeks now and have actually made it my primary laptop without much hesitation. Check out our full review of the Asus Zenbook UX31 after the jump.

AMD confirms netbook CPU on its way

Nothing beats getting confirmation straight from the horse’s mouth. In an open forum this afternoon about netbooks, an AMD representative confirms they will come out with a netbook-specific CPU in the coming months.

Red Fox WizBook laptops

Red Fox and AMD teamed up to develop their own Eee PC competitor and launched the WizBook this week with a much disappointing 400MHz AMD Geode processor. Hate to say the obvious but this is most certainly going to be a bust.
