Google’s Andy Rubin just posted in the official Google Mobile blog that they are now offering an unlocked Samsung Galaxy Nexus for only $399 over at the Google Pay Store.

So it’s finally out and official — the Samsung Galaxy Nexus has been revealed and it’s powered by Samsung. The Galaxy Nexus is also the first handset to run Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
Samsung is set to unveil the new Galaxy S2 4G LTE smartphone this week at the IFA in Germany. The LTE version will have a bigger 4.5″ Super AMOLED Plus screen and a faster 1.5GHz dual-core processor.
Looks like Globe Telecom is now offering the Google Nexus S to subscribers via a postpaid plan. The Globe website lists it with a cash out of Php21,307 on Plan 299.
We reported before that Samsung is bringing the Google Nexus S in the Philippines last March. We have not gotten confirmation but looks like review units are already circulating around.
