Seagate Technology and LaCie S.A., has just announced an exclusive agreement with the intent for Seagate to acquire a controlling interest in LaCie.
Globe Telecom has just announced that it will start accepting pre-orders of the Samsung Galaxy S3 on May 23, 2012 and will offer it on various postpaid plans.
Reports are coming in that Samsung Stores in Metro Manila are also accepting reservations for the Galaxy S3. These are unlocked/openline units but will be released later than the pre-orders for Smart and Globe (which will have a week or two of lead time).
