Apart from the usual contextual text ads that we're familiar with, we've also seen some images ads once and a while as well as trhe rare animated ads. Now, Google is introducing "video ads" as well and we might see some of them later this week. The video expansion, announced late Monday, will affect thousands of Web sites that rely on Google to post ads related to the surrounding material on a page. Over the course of the past few months, we’ve seen tons of leaked photos, benchmark results, screenshots of the alleged Nexus 5, but there’s really nothing quite like a clear video hands-on to give us a more detailed look of the upcoming Nexus phone. The video was shot by the guys over at smartphones.sfr.fr. They started their 7-minute long hands-on video with a view of the handset’s exterior, and then followed by a quick software tour. Speaking of software, the prototype on the video was seen running on Android Key Lime Pie which, as some of you may already know,…

Why wait when you can make one yourself? One Japanese company has introduced the Meizu miniPlayer, a really good copy of the possible next-gen iPod video. T3 UK has the scoop: The Meizu miniPlayer looks like something straight from Apple's labs, but is, in fact, on sale this month in the Far East, packing all the features we’ve wanted, but Apple has yet to deliver. Sizing up at a nano-challenging 10mm thin, the pint-sized player packs impressively broad video support, as well as a built in microphone and FM radio. Most surprisingly, Meizu claims the tiny tunebox keeps going for…

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg today announced three new features to be introduced in the social network (group chat, new chat design and video calls).
