Smart Communications recently announced that it is doubling the maximum download speeds of its Smart Bro Starter and Power Plug-Its. The new maximum download speeds of the Starter and Power Plug-Its is now at 7.2Mbps and 12Mbps, respectively, under 3G and HSPA+ connections.
