We featured this HSPA+ capable mobile hotspot from ZTE a few weeks ago and we’ve finally gotten a review unit to test. Like many other pocket WiFi (MiFi) devices before it, the ZTE MF60 is one pretty kick-ass unit. If only it were more affordable.
At the media launch of Jump this morning, I noticed the PLDT TelPad being displayed in one of the stands looked very different from the one we saw months ago during its public launch.

Been in the boondocks for about a week now on a semi-vacation mode (and semi-retreat kind of way) so I’m not able to regularly publish new entries here. With a thousand miles away from mega Manila and a couple hundred more miles from the nearest city, my mountain resort hide-away is almost devoid of any [...]
Last night, PLDT announced its new landline service called PLDT TelPad, a landline and broadband DSL service packed in an Android Tablet.
Globe Telecom lent us their new toy — the mobile 3G router they call Globe MyFi. I’d like to share 10 things about the MyFi so you’re better informed about it before deciding to go and get one.

I was going to blog this over at PTB the other day but Mon beat me to it. I went out on a coffee at Starbucks 6750 Thursday evening when I noticed some party happening just beside it. We went out to check on it and found the launching of EverythingOnline.PH (EOL). It was a [...]
Around November 2003, I was living at Bacoor City, Cavite renting a nice penthouse on a 3-storey building one kilometer south of SM Bacoor. I liked it there — the food is cheap, quite subdivision, rent is super cheap (Php3.5k for a one bedroom penthouse inc. water and electricity) and lots of space I can [...]

Have had less time to blog (and bloghop) due to the recent mishap with my PLDT DSL connection. Likewise, other blog projects took most of my time while others have been left hanging on [...]
Starting early today, the website of Inq7.net has been suffering from heavy traffic and has resorted to a low-graphics version of their website. This is no surprise considering the recent issues plaguing the nation concerning the Gloriagate fiasco. I did some quick research of my own on how Inq7.net is set up. So far, what [...]
