Smart Money users can now conveniently pay parking fees by simply sending an SMS when they park in the country's first cashless and automated street parking system. Motorist with Smart Money accounts only need to text a code after parking on any of the 90 slots between Pedro Gil Street and the Magsaysay Center on Roxas Boulevard. The recent report of Chile implementing the mandatory unlocking of all phones that are sold in the country this month got me thinking if this is possible in the Philippines.
