Vine now out in Windows Phone Store

Nokia promised that Vine and Instagram will be out on the Windows Phone Store this November and we're seeing the first one already available for free in their app store today. Twitter's Vine is available starting today. It's available to all Nokia Lumia and other WP devices with resolution as low as 480x800 pixels.
