Android 5.0 Lollipop on LG G3 rolling out this week

LG Electronics has revealed that the update to Android 5.0 Lollipop will start rolling out this week to their flagship handset, the LG G3. This is the second handset to have the Android 5.0 update, following the Motorola Moto X.

The update will start this week in some European countries and will trickle into the US and Asia soon after.

It’s also interesting to note that the Moto X and LG G3 will get Android 5.0 ahead of the Nexus devices which supposedly be the first ones to get them. We’ll post an update once the Lollipop update lands on Philippine handsets.
