After a decade and a half of hiatus, Blizzard has officially reentered the console gaming platform as they release the controller-friendly version of Diablo 3 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
The game is basically the same as the PC/Mac version but with a handful of minor tweaks in order to deliver the best possible user experience on a gaming console.
“The PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Diablo III have been custom-tailored for gamepad-driven action, with a dynamic camera perspective that puts your hero front and center, as well as an all-new user interface and an intuitive control system that make vanquishing evil feel like second nature on consoles,”
Both the Xbox and PS version of the game retails for USD59.99 (around Php2,600) and are now available in various parts of the globe including countries in the South East Asia region. PlayStation 3 owners can also download the digital copy of the game through the online store, while Xbox 360 user will have to wait until October 4 for the game to be available on Xbox Live.
