Man of Steel hits App Store

In line with the movie premiere of Man of Steel, Warner Bros. have released a game (which bears the same title) for iPod Touch, iPhone and iPad running on iOS 5 and above.

There are two versions of the game; Man of Steel HD for iPad 2 and up which will set you back $4.99 and the standard one which is compatible with any iDevice running on iOS 5 and above that costs $2.99. But apart from the more polished graphics of the former, both of these versions are pretty much the same.

In this game, you’ll play the role of the Kryptonite-fearing superhero battling alien-looking goons and bosses as you make your way through your ultimate goal of defeating Zod. You’ll have a handful of abilities and super powers at your disposal and you get to choose which one you want to strengthen as you progress throughout the game.

For the rest, well, you just have to find that out yourself. Man of Steel can be downloaded through this link, while the HD version can be found here.
