The Motorola Moto G is yet to arrive here in the Philippines, and surely a lot of people are waiting for it – mainly because of its high-end internals paired with the affordable price tag of just $179 to $199. We managed to nab one in Singapore for just Php9,000, a price that is a lot lower than the prices of the local brands’ flagship phones – usually slightly above the Php10k mark (first impressions here).

I never realized express couriers could be so uptight about shipping some harmless USB flash drive. We had to return 3 times with three different packaging types to get the things approved for shipping. And they charge as much as the drive itself. Reports have been spreading that Palm, Inc. will be acquired real soon and it could be announced in the next 12 to 24 hours.
The likely buyers are Nokia and Motorola, along with several other private firms. So, which one do you think is it? Are we looking at a Nokia Palm or a Motorola Palm anytime soon?
I think I’ll go with the hunches at GigaOM and say Motorola needs Palm more than Nokia does.
Motorola + Palm = Mapalm
Nokia + Palm = Napalm (see, not a good mix :D )
Ok, I just made them up and they sound corny.
