Accessing Smart Bro Portal on my laptop

I was with Ajay all evening last night at Starbucks Adriatico in Malate for some very confidential undercover project. :p

Thinking that the Starbucks branch there had Airborne Access internet, I brought my laptop with me so we could do some online stuff. I was mistaken.

However, there was this wifi access point available somewhere which my laptop detected. The name of the network suggested that it was from Meridian (or SmartBro) but I was surprised I was able to connect to the network. Surfing wasn’t any good though as I could not get anything.

A few re-connection tries later and my browser was pulling some web page. I really though I got in but again got surprised again that I was redirected to the Smart Bro Portal page. I took a screen shot below:

Was that supposed to happen? I entered my Airborne Access account hoping that, since Smart/PLDT also owns AA, I could login successfully. Nay. What if I use a SmartBro account?

    alam nyo ba yan sSMARTBRO na yan talagang sakit na sa ulo yan, PUTANG INA NILA TALAGA, ang pangit ng service, laging nawawala ung connection dito sa san pedro laguna, ang dahilan ng technician nila nagupgrade daw un base station ng Smart pero naging mnahina naman un signal ng base station nila….pero sa palagay ko talagang bulok at wlang kwentang mga antenna o receiver nila sa ating mga customers, hindi magandang klase un mga receiver nila kc observahan nyo un connection nyo mabilis nawawala at nagkakaroon ng internet-meaning nawawala un pagreceive ng signal sa antenna natin, actually two times na ako nakaranas yan…napansin ko rin un mga installer at gumagawa sa atin ng technical problem ng antenna natin lalo pagtinetes nila un signal hindi mataas un nasasagap at sub-contract lang sila ng smart kaya wala rin quality!!! bulok talaga SMARTBRO!!!!! MAGPLDT NALANG KAU O GLOBE KUNG MGANADA….BULOK TLAGA YANG SMART….MGA PUKSHIT YANG SMARTBRO!!!!

    mga puta yang mga taga smartbro…dapat pinapatay na un mga PASIMUNO nyan…lalo na un mga manager o mga kumikita jan….mga hayop….ang pangit tlaga nang service nyo mga smartbro….ang bagal, hirap tawagan ng customer services, subcontract lang un mga technician nila- wlang silang sarili technicians-ang poor GRABE….,papatay-patay connection nila dto sa san pedro laguna, malimit sinasabi ok naman daw un base station pero hindi naman, bulok pa un kanilang mga reciever na ginangamit natin kc mahina sumagap ng signal ng base station nila…ANO BA YAN SMARTBRO SANA TIRAHIN NA KAU NG MGA ABU-SAYYAF, MILF, NPA, LAHAT NA NG TERRORIST..ISAMA MO NA PATI GOVERNMENT NA WLANG KWENTA-MUKHANG PERA1!!!!!     good day,gusto ko lng po ask kung same parin b ung bayad kahit n redirect ako s smart bro wireless portal,2 kasi laptop ko and everytime na gagamitin ko ung isa,nareredirect ung connection ko,wala po bng additional charge un.waiting 4 response…thanks!

    I am a smarbro subscriber but it seems that smartbro has a problem the connection I am using is unlimited access 999 but why is it that everytime I open the computer it always prompt me the message limited access or no connectivity I tried calling your hotline but unfortunately we have no landline thats why Im using celphone and when I get to connect to a customer service representative I always run out of load what will I do with this can you help me about this please call 3652012/3652014

    SERVICE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOCKED ang sinasabi kung ipa-plug ko ang smart bro ko s isa kong laptop, di ko tuloy ma-update antivirus ko,tulungan nyo naman po ako. tnx in advance

    @paul gonzales…oo nga ako rin, same problem… lan wired connection, sa PC gumagana, pag plug ko cable sa laptop, service account has already been locked na rin ang login error message ko.
