POOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA PLDT NAYAN LAGI NLNG DIS CONNECT INTERNET BWISET … NASUSURA MGA CUSTOMER NAMEN BWISIT KAYO PLDT .. AUSIN NIO NMAN SERBISYO NIO ABA …. MAHAL MAHAL NG BINABAYAD NMEN SAINYO .. SERBISYO NIO BULOK !!!!
3 days na ako walang net dahil sa pldt nun tumawag ako may naka-assign na daw na technician sa amin then wala naman pumunta sbi then ngyn pupuntahan na para i-check bakit wala, wala pa rin pumupunta ang bobo ba ng customer service representative nila…. They needto re-evaluate their services and their staff since wala naman sila alam… and to think na malapit lng ang pldt center sa amin di pa nila mapapunta ang tao dito…. good luck na lng sa kanila pwede ba lahat ng subscribers magreklamo na to the head office or even file a lawsuit for their substandard services kasi di natin nakukuha yung advertised speed and services nila… FALSE ADVERTISING!
tena ako nagcomplain na ko sa NTC.. yung 2-3 days na installation nila.. nakakairita.. 2weeks and counting na.. fuck.. balak pa ata gawing 3 months.. 1 month na nga sa processing.. another month pa sa installation.. grabe.
pldt really sucks.. ganun din sa akin sabi nila 1 week lang daw before yung installation taz ngayon 2 weeks na lumampas wala pa din. taz nung pumunta kami dun hindi pa kami inientertain ng maayos. sabi lang nung head nila na pahintayin niyo yan sila. ganun ba yung good customer service. pumunta kami dun para maningil sa prinomise niyo na week. taz ganun gagawin niyo. walang kwenta.

dati am satisfied w/ d pldtâ€™s dsl for home but now their connection so disgusting and so w/ the services.. nakakainis.. bigla nalang mawa2la ang signal, the worst is iâ€™ve been complaining this for a month already but till now nagtitiis pa rin nakakainis na signal.. sana naman kung pinapadami niyo customer niyo, wag niyong kalimutan pagandahin din ang signal nito,don’t tell us to upgrade to have a better and faster connection, kasi wala naman kaming prob dati, ngayon lang na parami ng parami customer niyo nagkandaloko2 yung signal niyo

Bobo ng PLDT 1hr lang ang DHCP Lease tapos i-didisconnect ka at bibigyan ng bagong IP bat di nlang extend ang lease time tanga. That’s like 24 disconnections everyday ang bobo.

I think we should create a class law suite against sa PLDT service lalo na sa DSL. Wala kasing standard sa bansa natin eh. Service na inoofer nila parang mali eh, yung upto sa advertising nila di namin dapat kasi madalas mabagal ang servie.
Palagi pang dc ang line mo.
If you are in for a class law suite against PLDT we should make a page and a petition.
ang bilis nila mgputol ng service kapag hindi agad nabayaran which is kasalanan nman nila kasi wala ako nrreceive n billing. tapos ang bagal nilang mgresponse pag nagreport ka for reconnection. Nauubos na lang ang oras ko kktawag sa kanila.
And worst, kung kelan k naman ngbayad saka nman nawala pati dial tone ng telephone! Nakkairita.
PLDT is really suck ! i didn’t sign any contract that if i will cancel my service less than a year i will need to pay for the early cancellation. the service is so slow, i signed for a 3mbps internet with telephone and since my first week i checked the speed that i was getting but its just less than 1mbps. i always call to CS but they will just asked me to TS, i declined since i already TS it since i know how to then they just send technician to fix the issue but after a day i will encounter the same issue and i always call them for the same issue and also for the bill that they were sending me. then that is not just the issue i paid for my bill in pldt before due date but they disconnected my service. then i requested for a credit for all the inconvinience that i encountered then in that week someone called me from pldt and informed me that i don’t need to pay for my 1month bill because they will just credit it so i didn’t pay and then they disconnected again my service. i called and asked what happened they said that its because i didn’t pay and then i told the CS about the one who called me but he just said that the outbound call that was noted their was the agent just remind me about my bill so i asked for a supervisor but even supervisor dont know what to do and promised me that they will just credit it but still nothing happen so just decided to cancel my account last march 2014, but when i tried to login on my pldt account i saw that i was charged since i cancelled my account. this is so frustrating !
I think it’s not really the fault of PLDT that they don’t satisfy our needs. We should also consider that they have so many subscribers that are applying in their services and they are not superheroes that can go all through the lines of the subscribers. And also with the help call, we should also understand that they are the only one that answers our complains but they don’t really know the real updates of our complains until the technicians or line mans will do their jobs.
